Check the screw sample before specifying KFR-1050

KFR-1050 is a screw feeder, not a torque tester or a complete automatic tightening station. The published size range is M1.0–M5.0 with screw length ≤18 mm. Range alone does not confirm every head shape, washer or special screw; send a drawing and representative samples for feeding and pickup checks.

Supplied configuration and confirmation

The listed adapter input is AC 100–240 V and output DC 15 V. Confirm the correct adapter, plug, rail/guide adjustment, pickup method and screwdriver/bit arrangement in the quotation. Do not connect the feeder output as a screwdriver power controller or assume a robotic interface is included.

Weight requires confirmation: existing Chinese material lists approximately 2.17 kg including the adapter; the headquarters English page lists 2.5 kg without the adapter. These are conflicting published specifications, not interchangeable packing weights. Ask KILEWS Thailand to confirm the supplied version and net/shipping weights before freight planning.

Questions before ordering

Will it feed every M1–M5 screw?

No. Confirm head diameter/height, thread size, total and under-head length, material/coating, washer or special geometry, and actual pickup method using samples. The nominal size range is not an all-screw compatibility guarantee.

Is this a complete automated screwdriving system?

No. Quote the feeder and any screwdriver, bit, pickup arrangement or automation interface separately after application review. No universal tool or robot compatibility is asserted.

Which power supply and capacity are listed?

AC 100–240 V adapter input, DC 15 V output, 200–220 cc chamber and 182 × 126 × 147 mm dimensions are listed. Capacity is volume, not a guaranteed screw count or feed rate.

What is needed for price and delivery confirmation?

Send KFR-1050, quantity, screw drawing/sample, pickup method, station layout, site supply/plug, company, destination and required date. Sales confirms stock and the supplied set; the H06 guide states the usual 30–45 days after PO with details to be confirmed.
