Configuration checks before ordering
Published Thailand specification and variant checks
SGT-CC612 0.3–1.2 N.m, 1000–100 rpm; SGT-CC620 0.6–2 N.m, 1000–100 rpm; SGT-CC650 1.5–5 N.m, 1000–100 rpm; SGT-CC670 2–7 N.m, 800–100 rpm.
SGT-CC620 and SGT-CC625 are different model identifiers. This Thailand table lists SGT-CC620 at 0.6–2 N.m; do not replace it with the 0.5–2.5 N.m value published for SGT-CC625 in a Japanese catalogue. For this listing, CC612/620/650 show B 9.5, D; CC670 shows B 9.5 only. A common hex dimension in another regional catalogue does not prove that code D is supported by the supplied CC670 holder. Confirm its drawing.
Some regional KL-TCC documents describe an angle encoder, displayed/converted torque values and CSV/data interfaces. This is not a statement that KL-TCC has no angle or logging features. Confirm which values are measured or calculated, calibration, actual controller/firmware, exported fields and MES integration for the supplied set; a current-control label alone is insufficient proof of a torque transducer at each screw.
The current table lists DC40V tool input, ±5% accuracy, 743 g weight and 255 mm length. CC612/620/650 list B 9.5, D; CC670 lists B 9.5 only. Do not assume the same bit/holder interface across the series.
Published no-load speeds: SGT-CC612: 1000–100 rpm; SGT-CC620: 1000–100 rpm; SGT-CC650: 1000–100 rpm; SGT-CC670: 800–100 rpm. Values reproduce the current model table; confirm the operating settings for the actual joint.
Which controller should I specify?
The current table lists KL-TCC for this product. KL-EPTC-L, KL-TCG-L and KL-TCC are different model names; do not substitute them based on similar spelling. Confirm the full tool/controller revision, matching cable, actual mains-input/nameplate and supplied items. DC40V here is the tool input, not a statement about plugging the tool directly into AC mains.
Does the interface label prove a bit or socket will fit?
No. Send the required bit/socket drawing and confirm shank/profile, retention, dimensions, working length and the actual supplied holder. The published interface labels above are reproduced without interpreting them as a universal connector.
Does this configuration automatically provide torque/angle records or MES traceability?
No automatic capability is implied. Confirm the actual measurement method, controller and firmware, supported fields, workpiece identification, storage/export and integration acceptance. The Chinese product description refers to adjusting current-level settings; do not treat that alone as proof of per-joint torque/angle measurement.
What should accompany a quotation request?
Provide the exact model/suffix, target torque and unit, joint/application, controller/cable/bit or socket requirements, quantity, company, delivery location and required date. Ask sales how to send nameplate photos or drawings. The inquiry list is not a PO or a stock reservation; price, stock and delivery require sales confirmation.
Does a KL-TCC quotation include the complete working set?
Not automatically. Request the exact screwdriver model, controller, matching cable, bit/holder, required quantity and supplied-item list; confirm price, stock and delivery with sales.
Does a KTM bench check prove production torque/angle traceability?
No. Confirm the approved measurement method, joint/setup and calibration separately from per-screw records, workpiece identification and MES acceptance.
