Configuration and quotation checks

DC40V describes the tool-side output, not an AC supply connection for the screwdriver. Confirm the exact SGT-CC model/suffix, controller revision, matching cable and actual bit/holder drawing. KL-TCC, KL-TCG-L and KL-EPTC-L are different model names; do not substitute them based on similar spelling.

The Chinese description refers to current-level adjustment. Some regional KL-TCC documentation describes angle encoders and displayed/converted torque or CSV/data interfaces. Do not conclude either that all sets provide direct torque-transducer measurement or that no angle/logging feature exists. Confirm measured versus calculated values, firmware, calibration, export fields and workpiece/MES integration for the supplied configuration.

Is KL-TCC a torque tester or a screwdriver?

It is the listed SGT-CC controller. KTM bench testers, tool measurement and production data records serve different purposes.

Can KL-TCG-L or KL-EPTC-L replace KL-TCC?

No interchangeability is established here. Confirm the exact approved tool/controller/cable configuration before ordering.
