Configuration, measurement and quotation

All three rows specify DC 40 V, 90 W, 949 g, 307 mm and KL-NTCS-M7. CS503 lists A, B 9.5, D; CS505 lists A, B 9.5; CS507 lists B 9.5 only. Do not assume D for CS505/507 or A for CS507. Related accessories list KH-6, KH-2L, KP-AUX-TL-450N, KP-AUX-TL-700N and KP-AUX-TI-300N. Confirm exact holder drawings, mounting, cables, support-arm conditions and delivered items.

The published four start modes are lever, push, lever + push and external start. Confirm the actual configuration and approved external wiring; no pinout, PLC voltage or universal compatibility is established by those words. Features state encoder angle control 1°–30600° and five rundown steps; this is not a stated angle accuracy.

The table note “+/- 3sigma / AVG., 5%” and the feature statement of less than 1% transducer tolerance describe different things. Do not substitute one for the other or promise joint accuracy. Confirm calibration, measurement basis, actual joint and acceptance method. Counting alone does not prove measured torque/angle records: confirm KL-NTCS-M7 firmware, data fields, OK/NG rules, workpiece/job identity, timestamps, export and retention.

Can I use a D bit configuration on CS507?

The published CS507 row lists B9.5 only. It does not establish D compatibility; ask for the approved holder drawing and supplied configuration.

What should a system quotation identify?

Choose SNT-CS503, SNT-CS505 or SNT-CS507. Specify torque/unit, screw/joint, speed/angle steps and start mode, KL-NTCS-M7, matching cable, bit/fixture, records, quantity and delivery requirements. Sales confirms price, stock and supplied items.
