Configuration and quotation checks
The table lists ±0.5% accuracy. Confirm the calibration conditions, reference basis, acceptance range and whether a requested certificate is included. Instrument accuracy, a tool acceptance decision and a calibration certificate are separate matters.
The published set lists AJ-150, AJ-50 and AJ-15K spring test joints, one each. Confirm the required torque/unit, permitted range of the selected joint, spring arrangement, shaft/bit connection, fixture mounting and supplied set. Do not assume every joint can be used across the instrument’s full range.
Confirm the actual battery/charger nameplate, manual revision, USB interface, compatible software/OS, data fields and cable inclusion. A bench torque check does not automatically create per-screw production torque/angle records or MES traceability.
Does KTM-150 mean 150 N·m?
No. The published range is 0.15–15.0 N·m; 150.0 appears in the kgf·cm column.
Is a calibration certificate included?
Not automatically. Specify certificate scope, traceability and conditions in the quotation, along with the appropriate test joints.
