Configuration, measurement and quotation

The table places SKT-CGS, SKT-CG30/50/70 and SKT-LCG30/50/70 under KL-TCG. KL-TCG-L lists SKT-CG120/180/250. The broad headquarters accessory list also names other LCG groups; do not treat that list as an approved suffix mapping or infer interchangeability. Confirm full tool/controller model, firmware, cable and delivered set. KL-TCC, KL-EPTC-L and KL-NTCS-M7 are separate names.

Both columns list RS-232, Micro SD and LAN, with KL-DAS / KL-AMS assembly management. The feature text states SD storage up to and including 32 GB, 250 preset programs, five steps per tightening, 99 screw modes, up to 50 operations per workpiece and 50 workpieces. These are separate published capacities, not a promise of a particular exported-record count, software licence, cloud service or included SD card.

External inputs are start, reverse, inhibit start, confirm, clear, workpiece in position and reset operation; outputs are OK, NG, OK ALL, start and reverse. Confirm pinout, voltage, polarity, isolation, connectors and approved PLC wiring; a signal name alone does not authorize a connection. Turns are not automatically the same data field as encoder angle. Confirm the actual measured/derived fields, units, firmware, calibration, workpiece identity, timestamps, export and retention before traceability acceptance.

Can I replace KL-TCG with KL-TCG-L for LCG30/50/70?

The public table does not approve that substitution. These tools are listed under KL-TCG. Confirm the exact manufacturer-approved set.

Does LAN or KL-DAS/KL-AMS mean MES is included?

No automatic project scope is established. Confirm software/version/licensing, protocol, required fields and integration acceptance separately.

What should a controller quotation include?

Choose KL-TCG or KL-TCG-L explicitly with the complete screwdriver model, quantity, AC input configuration, approved tool cable, I/O/record requirements, bits/fixtures, delivery location and date. Sales confirms stock, price and included items.
