Select KTM-15 by measuring range and test setup
KTM-15 is a torque tester, not a screwdriver or a screw feeder. Its published measuring ranges are 0.015–1.500 N.m, 0.15–15.0 kgf.cm and 0.15–13.0 lbf.in. The “15” model number is not a 15 N.m capacity. This page shows the KTM-15 column only to avoid mixing specifications from other KTM models.
Supplied configuration and confirmation
The manufacturer lists two measuring adapters, AJ-15 and AJ-3, and a dedicated charger with AC 100–240 V 50/60 Hz input and DC 12 V 400 mA output. Confirm the supplied adapters, drive/bit connection, usable test range and test method for the exact screwdriver. No universal fit, calibration certificate or calibration interval is assumed.
The published accuracy is ±0.5%. The table does not state whether this is a percentage of reading or full scale, nor the calibration conditions. Confirm those conditions and any required traceability/certificate with sales before using the figure as an acceptance criterion.
Questions before ordering
Can KTM-15 measure 15 N.m?
No. The published N.m range is 0.015–1.500. The 0.15–15.0 range is kgf.cm. Choose a different confirmed range when the required torque exceeds 1.500 N.m.
Which adapters are listed, and will my tool fit?
AJ-15 and AJ-3 are listed, two measuring adapters in total. Send the screwdriver model, drive/bit dimensions and target torque for confirmation; do not assume every tool or joint test is compatible.
Does ±0.5% include a calibration certificate?
The public table gives ±0.5% without defining the reading/full-scale basis or certificate scope. Request the required calibration method, traceability, certificate and acceptance conditions explicitly.
What should a quotation request include?
