The applicable warranty period, repair coverage, returns or exchanges, and related charges depend on the product model, warranty documents and written terms confirmed for the order. Please review those documents before ordering.

2. Describe the issue and include useful photos or video.

3. Contact our team for inspection, repair, return or exchange instructions before sending a product back.
