Configuration, measurement and quotation

The controller table has separate KL-EPTC and KL-TCG-L columns. KL-EPTC lists SKT-EPT310/330/530/570/7120/7180/7250; KL-TCG-L lists SKT-CG120/180. EPT550 is absent from this controller table while the EPT530/550/570 body names KS-TM-EPTC. Confirm that discrepancy using exact nameplates and manufacturer documentation; do not guess EPT550 compatibility, equate KS-TM-EPTC with KL-EPTC or append -L.

Published ports: RS-232, Micro SD and LAN; assembly management KL-DAS / KL-AMS. External inputs: start, reverse, inhibit start, confirm, clear, workpiece in position, reset operation. Outputs: OK, NG, OK ALL, start, reverse. Confirm connectors, pinout, voltage, polarity, isolation and approved PLC wiring; port names alone are not connection instructions or a software/integration licence.

Chinese features list SD up to and including 32 GB, 250 preset programs, five steps per tightening, 99 screw modes, 50 operations per workpiece and 50 workpieces. These are separate capacities, not a guaranteed exported-record count. Confirm firmware, actual torque versus derived values, turns versus angle fields, calibration, OK/NG, identity, timestamps, export, retention and supplied accessories. Counting is not measured torque evidence.

Which configuration can be quoted?

Choose the exact model and provide torque/unit, joint, speed, controller/cable, bits/fixtures, mounting/reaction, I/O/record needs, quantity, delivery location and required date. Sales confirms price, stock and included items.

Is counting the same as a torque record?

No. Confirm measured fields, calibration, units, identification and acceptance separately.
