Configuration, measurement and quotation

All three rows specify DC 40 V, 90 W and KL-NTCS-M7. CS301 lists bit codes B 9.5, C, D; CS302F/303 list B, B 9.5, D. Code C is not listed for CS302F/303. Related accessories list KH-2, KH-2L, KP-AUX-TL-450N, KP-AUX-TL-700N and KP-AUX-TI-300N. Confirm the exact holder drawing, cable, fixture, support-arm load/torque conditions and delivered items; a related-accessory list does not establish universal interchangeability or inclusion.

The table note is “+/- 3sigma / AVG., 5%”. The feature statement of less than 1% describes the torque transducer; these are different claims, not interchangeable guarantees of joint accuracy. Features list encoder angle control 1°–30600° and five rundown steps; this is not angle accuracy. Confirm calibration, joint behaviour, acceptance method and the actual controller firmware. Do not borrow the four start modes from the CS503/505/507 page: this Chinese CS301/302F/303 page does not specify them. Confirm the approved start method and wiring.

Counting alone is not measured torque/angle evidence. With KL-NTCS-M7, confirm the required measured fields, OK/NG logic, job/workpiece ID, timestamps, export and retention. RJ45, RS485 or USB labels alone do not guarantee a particular PLC/MES project.

Can CS302F use the CS301 speed or bit list?

No. CS302F lists 2000–20 rpm and B/B9.5/D; CS301 lists 980–20 rpm and B9.5/C/D. Confirm the exact tool, holder and approved cable.

What belongs in the quotation?

Choose CS301, CS302F or CS303 explicitly. Provide torque with unit, screw/joint, angle and speed steps, controller/cable/bit/fixture, record requirements, quantity, delivery location and required date. Sales confirms stock, price and supplied items.
