Selection and replenishment guides
Electronics and appliance assembly station selection guide
Prepare the station requirements before choosing a screwdriver, feeder or torque tester. This is an application selection guide, not a customer case study. Tool performance and cycle time must be checked on the actual screw joint and workflow.
Station requirements to send
| Requirement | Information to confirm |
|---|---|
| Workpiece and joint | Material, threaded insert or direct thread, joint access, hard/soft behaviour and any cosmetic or handling limits. |
| Screw and bit | Screw type, diameter, length, head/recess, drawing or sample; bit dimensions and reach. Do not calculate target torque from diameter alone. |
| Torque and acceptance | Engineering-specified target with unit, tolerance, tightening sequence and acceptance method. State whether torque/angle records are required. |
| Cycle and workflow | Screws per workpiece, units per shift, target cycle time including pickup/positioning/handling, start method and operator or automation arrangement. |
| Counting and error handling | Required count per assembly, missed/double tightening concerns, reset and rework procedure, signals or data required. Confirm what the chosen device can detect. |
| Supply and test setup | Site voltage/plug, full controller revision, cable/bit, feeder pickup method, tester range/unit, adapters and certificate requirements. |
| Purchasing | Quantity per item, existing equipment labels, destination, company/contact and required receiving date; sales confirms the complete supplied set. |
Match each need to the right equipment role
- SKD-B100LZS — Review the specific ultra-low-torque model, dedicated bit and controller.
- SKD-BE200L — Compare the exact low-torque model and integrated counting needs; example BE203LS6 is 0.02–0.34 N.m.
- SKD-BE500L — Compare exact range and start type; example BE512L is 0.15–1.18 N.m. A counter is not a torque/angle recorder.
- KFR-1050 — Feeds screws; nominal M1.0–M5.0 and length ≤18 mm require sample and pickup checks. It does not replace the screwdriver.
- KTM-15 — Tests torque over the published 0.015–1.500 N.m range. Confirm AJ-15/AJ-3 fit and calibration scope; it does not feed or tighten screws.
Validate before committing the production plan
- Confirm the engineering target and joint acceptance method.
- Trial the proposed tool, bit and controller on representative parts; inspect tightening result and handling.
- Check screw feeding/pickup and counting/reset/rework in the full station workflow.
- Agree the test method, acceptance evidence and supplied item list; then confirm quotation, stock and the required date.
Can you promise a cycle-time or defect-rate improvement from these examples?
No measured project result is established here. Confirm the target and measure the complete station with actual parts before setting a production commitment.
Does buying BE, KFR and KTM create one integrated system?
No. These have different roles. Confirm mechanical fit, electrical interfaces, accessories and any integration scope separately.
How should I request a multi-item quotation?
Open the linked product pages and add the required groups to the existing inquiry list. Enter full models, quantities, station requirements and required receiving date. The list does not upload drawings; ask sales for the attachment channel.
Is stock or 30–45 day delivery guaranteed?
Stock is confirmed per model and quantity. H06 gives the usual estimate after PO; sales must confirm the final schedule, day-count basis and starting conditions for the order.
